NCBTMB has discontinued the online practice exam and is developing a more robust online education resource which will be available this summer. The new tool will offer thousands of questions to help candidates test their knowledge of specific areas of practice, and can even be customized to a particular area of need. The new tool will also be made available to schools to support their student's education.

Practice sample questions for NCETM or NCETMB are included in the Candidate Handbook for National Certification. A Spanish language Candidate Handbook – Examen de Certificación Nacional Manual del candidato – is also available with practice sample questions. Please note that Spanish-speaking applicants should contact their state board to determine if the exams are approved for use in their state.
